The list of home performance professionals on Twitter continues to grow, with daily additions to a growing and thoughtful community of professionals who are passionate about home energy efficiency, building science and the future of our planet.

As we've mentioned before, we find the tweets of experienced, certified professional who spend their days inside of buildings evaluating energy challenges to be both useful and practical. There are, as with any social media enterprise, interlopers and frauds to avoid. In order to have clear sense of what an auditor or rater's certification means, consult our Guide to Energy Auditor Certification.  And to find a growing list of professionals, see (or join) our TweepML group.

We continue to find Twitter a great place for constructive dialogue, announcements about new technologies and insightful articles in our field. Following up on our previous post, here is an expansion of our list of self-identified auditors and raters we're following on Twitter, along with their own Twitter bios and a representative Tweet.

Again, let us know if you are on Twitter working in this field, and we'll keep the conversation going.

Minnesota Dept of Energy lists qualified auditors through Dunwoody Technical College that have received minimum training required by State of Minnesota.
Those listed in the above article for Minnesota are just a fraction of qualified auditors in the State of MN.
