We're always on the look out for interesting, fun home performance marketing campaigns that aim to spread the gospel of energy efficiency to the masses. NYSERDA (New York State Energy Research and Development Authority), the agency that handles the home energy efficiency program in New York, has a cool new marketing campaign that does just that. It's funny, it's accessible, it's compelling -- exactly what it takes to win people over.

We thought it would be worth sharing NYSERDA's video series with you guys in case you haven't caught it yet. Called "Irreconcilable Temperatures," the campaign does a great job of capitalizing on the irreconcilable differences that often arise when it comes to keeping a home comfortable.

Check out the series below, and feel free to share with your people, et cetera!

Keep in mind that you can produce a similar video (or series) at a relatively affordable cost these days. It doesn't have to be super high production value, either -- short, clever videos are great marketing. And if producing your own videos isn't in the cards right now, just grab the embed code from these and put them on your home performance blog.

There are actually 5 videos in the Irreconcilable Temperatures series. If you'd like to share the fifth with Energy Circle PRO web site visitors, you can find it on www.nyserda.ny.gov/energy-stars. Posted by Anonymous on Dec 6, 2012 11:48am

Got it, thank you!
