Energy Circle will accept payment by plastic from MasterCard or VISA. All transactions are in U.S. Dollars. For your security, we do not maintain credit card information with customer information on the site.
Shipping & Delivery
Energy Circle offers shipping via both United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Most orders for in-stock products ship within one business day. At this time, we cannot ship to Canada or other international destinations.
Backorders
...are a drag. We will get you your product just as quickly as we can. If the back order means we can’t ship everything at one time, the total shipping charge will never exceed the shipping quote we gave you during checkout.
Returns--Way Easy
Sometimes things don’t go exactly according to plan. We can work with that. If at all possible, please open and inspect your order promptly, so that we can get the return process moving.
To return products, just send us an email, and we’ll give you everything you need to get the process underway as smoothly as possible.

With the exception of the items listed below, goods can be returned within 30 days from delivery date. Energy Circle will honor all manufacturers' warranties for the products we sell.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of the following: caulks, foams, mastic, tapes, and items that are not in original condition. We are unable to refund products that have been installed, for which the original packaging has been destroyed, or that are otherwise not in original condition. You are responsible for returning products in a safe, unbroken condition, so please pack returns carefully. You may want to insure returns of valuable merchandise. Upon receipt, a credit equal to the product purchase price will be issued to you through the same payment method you used to pay for the order.
Incorrectly Shipped Orders
If we goof, and send you the wrong product, please let us know within 2 business days of delivery date, so that we can set things straight. We will also (of course!) ship a new order for the correct merchandise right away.
Damaged Item Returns
If your item arrives damaged, please let us know within 2 business days from date of receipt. Be sure to keep all packaging, because the carrier may choose to inspect the damaged goods and shipping box. Energy Circle will issue you a credit pending confirmation from the carrier. We may or may not request return of the damaged goods.
Defective Item Returns
Unless otherwise noted, you have 1 year from the delivery date to let us know that your item is defective. A credit will be issued when the defective items are received. You are not responsible for the cost of return of defective merchandise when a UPS Call Tag or prepaid return address label is used. If the merchandise fails during the manufacturer's product warranty, but after one year from the purchase date, Energy Circle reserves the right to refer you to the manufacturer for replacement of the failed product.

We are working hard to ensure that our vendors use the most environmentally friendly packaging, but we don’t always win. For our part, we almost always use 100% recycled polystyrene peanuts for packaging, and we encourage you to recycle these peanuts. (I know, you’re thinking, “No – they’re so much fun to have in our basement, in our hair...”) For locations of peanut recycling centers see the recycling sections of www.flopak.com, www.epspackaging.org or call the Peanut Hotline at 800-828-2214. Many Mail Boxes Etc® and The UPS Store™ locations also accept clean foam peanuts for recycling.
