This ceiling fan detects humidity where it causes the most trouble - on the ceiling, (steam rises), and turns on automatically, quietly and effectively preventing cosmetic and structural damage that's possible when excess moisture builds up. The fan will stay on for five to sixty minutes after the humidity has stabilized. You choose the sensitivity level and duration of operation, using a control panel just under the grill, and your work is done. The automatic on/off means it runs only when needed, saving you time and money.
