The WhisperLite fan combines a fully enclosed condenser motor with a large, double suction blower wheel designed to move the greatest quantity of air efficiently and quietly. That means, your bathroom is properly ventilated, preventing a build up of moisture and, well, stench. A built-in damper prevents backdraft. The Panasonic fan housing is made of heavy-gauge zinc galvanized steel. The fan is painted to prevent rusting, uses a permanent lubricant to prevent wear and tear, and utilizes a cool-running motor and low-heat CFLs, which enables homeowners to insulate properly around the fan.
