Victorian refers only to style here – three different finishes, and solid brass construction. In other respects, this shower head is quite up to date. It features 45 easy-to-clean rubber jets to provide constant flow, and a maximum flow rate of only 1.5 gallons of water per minute, even with water pressure as low as 30 psi. The Victorian has solid brass construction, with a metal ball joint for precise angle adjustment.
Oh, and it also doesn't feel like a low-flow shower head. It's not noisy, it doesn't spray cold water around the edges, and it give you a comfortable (not painful) shower.

1.5 gpm (gallons per minute) flow even at water pressure as low as 30 psi (pounds per square inch) saves 20% water usage per minute. This showerhead comes in three finishes; choose the one that suits you best.

this is a great showerhead. it's low flow, saves both water and energy, without sacrificing what all of us appreciate in a good shower. no qualms here. it arrived quickly and customer service was excellent - i recommend this showerhead for certain, and i recommend purchasing it from these guys.
