Quick Overview
Be moody. Be choosy. No matter how you click it, you save electricity.

Not that kind of three-way! Golly. This CFL is ideal for 3-way lamp sockets. At the turn of a switch, it moves from a 50 watt incandescent equivalent (using just 12 watts) to 75 (using 22 watts) and finally 100 watts (using just 33 watts). Get the light you want, when you want it, but use a fraction of the electricity to get it.

Nitty Gritty

Customer Reviews

I purchased one. It burned out as soon as a turned it on. The seller promptly and cheerfully sent a replacement. The replacement burned out 4 months later. I can find nothing wrong with the lamp. Incandescent bulbs work with no complaint. The power to our house is provided by a major public utility. No other bulbs (CFL, LED or incandescent) have died prematurely. Earthmate appears to have a problem.

Much better than older CFLs, much more efficient than incandescents, much cheaper than LEDs. This is today's bulb. Posted by Steve on Jul 30, 2009 10:31am

Earthmate makes great bulbs. I like their packaging too.
