Product Description

OSI Greenseries Foam is an all-around safe bet when it comes to choosing a sealant to stop up the gaps and cracks in your castle. Greenseries Foam is virtually free of VOC's (Volatile Organic Compounds) and it’s water-based — which makes Greenseries non-flammable and non-toxic. Greenseries foam can be used indoors or out, though it was developed with the outdoors in mind. This foam can adhere to almost any surface, from wood to vinyl to brick or concrete. Paint it to blend in with its surroundings.

If you’re using this sealant outside, watch the weather: depending on the humidity, this product can take from one day to two weeks to fully cure. Rain within 24 hours of application could spoil your work. Bear in mind that at 3/8 of an inch bead size, the Greenseries Foam will travel about 14 linear feet.

Much better than the generic stuff you get at a box store. OSI Greenseries is low on chemicals, water-based (non-flammable, non-toxic, as the description points out), and it goes on well and is paintable. Definitely worth waiting for the package to arrive (especially if you order it with someo f the other cool things these guys sell) - and to boot, there's a great video in on the homepage that shows you where and how to use caulking most effectively.

Air sealing was never my thing; it kind of intimidated me. This sealant is very user-friendly. Goes on like toothpaste on a toothbrush. I used it with a gun + "caulk buddy" which allowed me to smooth & neaten my job.
