Quick Overview

Vornado introduces a quiet, compact, efficient under cabinet air-circulator. Staying cool has never been so... cool.

Product Description

The Vornado V103 Under Cabinet Air Circulator is the sleek, modern answer to compact, efficient air circulation. It looks good, fits just about anywhere there's not a lot of extra space (kitchens and offices spring to mind), and pushes air up to 25 feet, or 70 CFM (not bad for a boy this size). It rotates 360 degrees so you can send the breeze wherever you need it, folds up for discreet storage, and it has built-in cord management so its sleek appearance isn't compromised by cluttered installation. Two settings give you the choice between a quiet whisper and a powerful gush.

Plugging the V103 into a Kill-a-Watt electricity monitor, we came up with a reading of 20 watts on low, 30 watts on high.

I love the idea of this fan; tuck it under your work surface. It's efficient and quiet--like all Vornado products we've tested. Posted by SassyMom on Jul 6, 2009 10:43am

This is a perfect fan for a crowded room, small enough to fit anywhere (and doesn't even take up desk or floor space), but has enough power to make it worth your while. Big time. Vornados are the best fans around, EC is the place to buy them.

Though we love the folks at Vornado, we think they may have misnamed this great little fan. It's an amazingly powerful but incredibly compact little devil that absolutely fastens really well to the underside of a cabinet. But why stop there? In my office, mine is on the underside of my desk, hidden from view by the nifty folding mechanism when it's not being used, but doing a nice job of moving air when I need it. It will work well anywhere you have a horizontal surface to affix it too, and I see no reason why it wouldn't also be great mounted vertically. A great solution, particularly in tighter spaces where there's no room for one of the floor models. Posted by PT on Jun 30, 2009 2:31pm
